I am delighted you have found your way to my corner of the internet. As a cognitive behavioural therapist, I founded Therapy Reframe in 2022 with a mission to facilitate profound transformations in the lives of those I have the privilege to work with.
Allow me to share a bit about what drives me. During my university years, I grappled with a pervasive fear of failure and the destructive habit of comparing myself to others, convinced of my own inadequacy. Little did I know that this internal struggle was anxiety in disguise, a phenomenon commonly known as imposter syndrome. It wasn’t until later, when I became a parent that I sought therapy and experienced a profound shift.
Diagnosed with social anxiety, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing through cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Through this process, I discovered that our narrative can either propel us forward or hold us back. CBT opened doors I never knew existed, empowering me to rewrite my story and reclaim control over my life. Motivated by this transformative experience, I pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT, driven by a deep-seated desire to empower others to do the same.
Let me provide more insight into what to expect when working with me. Drawing from my extensive training and personal journey, I employ a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy that centres around cognitive behavioural (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) techniques. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, I offer a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth.
With specialised training in areas such as anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, self-esteem building, and mindfulness practices, I am equipped to address a wide range of concerns. As a member of the professional organisation BACP, I adhere to strict ethical standards and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. I am also a member of ACBS.

Regarding scheduling, I strive to offer flexibility to accommodate your needs. While I am based in Perthshire, Scotland, I am available for virtual sessions via Zoom, allowing me to work with clients from across the UK.
Whether you prefer daytime or evening appointments, I will do my utmost to find a time that works for you. Each session is £65 and lasts 50 minutes.
